While living in California there are a few things I wish I had gotten to do or see, while I had the opportunity. Here's a a few things:
Medieval Times~ It may sound cheesy, but I would have totally enjoyed going to a castle decked out with tons of suit of armor & eating with my fingers.
The Getty Museum
Universal Studios
Hollywood tours
Santa Barbara ~ I hear it's incredible
Catalina Island ~ With it's little golf carts
