Love Pink Lucy

I have always loved the word "steadfast." Even considered it for a tattoo years ago. I'm still tattooless. 🙂 It means "firmly fixed in place." It can be difficult to comprehend that His love & faithfulness is "firmly fixed in place", when we are facing tough or painful times. But it's true because "steadfast" also means "Not subject to change."

Lord, when this road of life gets weary & painful, help me to never forget that you are STEADFAST. I may not see it or feel it. But You remain unmovable. You are a constant. I'm the one that drifts back & forth. Allowing things to pull me from your firmly fixed place. Thank you for never moving. For your steadfast love & unshakable faithfulness.

As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! Psalm 40:11
