After D & I open our gifts at home, I get ready & put on my new PJ's, then we go over to Mom's. We open gifts with them, eat breakfast & spend the day chilling out. We play games, watch movies & just enjoy hanging out with each other.

Seriously one of the BEST gifts ever! Mom bought twin size, they are not just a throw. And are the softest blankets.

We got Danny 5 pounds of York Peppermint Patties. I think he's eaten half of the box already! This may be a new tradition for his Christmas present. He kept say over & over again throughout the day as he was opening another wrapper "I sure am proud of those York patties."

We ended the night by watching "Brave." It was OK. Not my favorite movie, that's for sure.
It rained & stormed all day, but we were all snug inside the house. We had a sweet day & are richly blessed! It was one of the best Christmases. And as always I was heartsick to see it all end.
