Cleaned Out

I know I have talked about this before, but has anyone experienced colon cleanses? I have a friend that owns her own shop. I have never gone to have it done. I don't know....I saw one done on TV once. I know that you feel tons better, since tons of crap is cleaned out of you. Maybe I would go somewhere that know one knew me. I don't think I could let my friend do it. Haha! Too much TMI for our friendship.
