Mattel just announced the new Lucy dolls for 2009! And I am excited!
The very first Fred doll!!!! He is going to be a very sought after fella. I have the Lucy Santa & got the Ricky Santa for Christmas. Ethel was released in 2007 & in a very limited #...Only 999 were made! There is one on ebay right now for $1,500. My collection will probably never see that Ethel, which is frustrating when I have all the other dolls. But I'm afraid Fred will be just as limited. If they put him on preorder, I may just have to do that.
The Postal Service is also issuing a new collection of stamps & the Chocolate Factory made it! Yipee!
All 6 seasons of Here's Lucy is going to be released on DVD.

DO you take your Lucy Dolls out of the package? and play with them? or do you leave them in the box?

Oh Fun. I can't wait for her to be in my collection. Fred will be limited like Ethel. Maybe a miracle will happen and we will get one!!! how fun.
ReplyDeletejolt-I keep them in the boxes. They loose value if taken out. But I have mine displayed on shelves. I have other Lucy collectibles, so it's all normally displayed together. Right now they aren't where I want them to be, because I'm waiting on D to build news shelves. :)
