Have House Will Sale

They were talking on the news today about how bad the housing market is & they brought up story about a couple that has had their home on the market for over a year. They are so desperate to sale that in the contract, it says that you will be refunded all your money, when they pass away. They also said that if you would commit to taking care of them when they are old, you would also receive their vacation home. Crazy huh?

I see realtor signs everywhere these days. And actually know a few people that are either selling their home or are looking for a new one. I guess the market isn't so bad everywhere.
