Frustration

I gotta complain a minute...I had the boys all lathered up & they had sat for their 5 mins, when I turned on the water to rinse them & there was only a trickle of water! Yep, you guessed it the freakin' water has been turned off yet again! They are doing alot of work on the main road, so our water is shut off quite frequently & it is so aggravating.
I got the boys rinse with what little water was coming out at the time. Now it's completely shut off. Molly is jumping for joy since she didn't have a bath. And now I wanting one even more.
It just irritates me, when my plans are messed up....Gggggrrrr.....
